Capacity test gets the thumbs down

Visitors to Community Care‘s website this week marginally
rejected the idea of a capacity test to consent to sex designed to
protect people with learning difficulties from abuse. Forty-five
per cent of visitors thought the test would help, while 55 per cent
disagreed.

This week’s question asks: Has the introduction of new care
standards inspectorates improved the inspection process in your
