Three out of four say pay offer unfair

A pay rise of 7 per cent over three years for local authority staff
is not reasonable, even though the government has threatened to cap
council tax rises, according to three-quarters of the visitors to
Community Care‘s website.

Only 25 per cent said the offer was reasonable.
