Community Care Awards 2004

The shortlist for the Community Care awards 2004 has just been
announced.

The awards, which this year attracted more than 460 entries,
celebrate and reward the work of social care professionals across
the UK.

The awards ceremony takes place at London’s Hilton Hotel in Park
Lane is on 15 December where the winners of each of the 10
categories will receive a cheque for £5,000.

The project judged to be the overall winner will receive an
additional £8,000.
