Knowledge Exchange – Work Smarter Not Harder

    Knowledge Exchange is a web-based networking tool that helps
    social care professionals and NHS managers get quick practical
    information and advice from colleagues working elsewhere. Over
    3,200 social care professionals and NHS managers are already
    members, using the service to share information about more than 100
    ‘challenges’ including children’s services, child
    protection, discharge planning, overview and scrutiny, partnership
    working, service redesign and workforce development. KX also
    provides a weekly personalised news and events service and offers
    users the opportunity to get involved in monthly debates with
    opinion leaders about the key issues facing health and social care
    today.

    Local Authorities in England and Wales, and those working in
    other local government or voluntary organisations are entitled to
    access KX without charge under a single licence agreement with the
