On the move

DAME ELIZABETH BUTLER-SLOSS has joined the board
of governors at children’s charity Coram Family. She recently
retired as president of the High Court’s family division.

Home Farm Trust, a charity for adults with learning difficulties,
has appointed NICK FLATTERS as manager of its
services in Bedfordshire.

LIZ NICHOLSON is to retire as director of Shelter
Scotland in September. She led the homelessness charity in Scotland
for 10 years.

The new NHS Health and Social Care Information Centre has appointed
four non-executive directors including management consultant
ANTHONY LAND, whose clients include the General
Social Care Council. The centre aims to reduce the amount of data
collected by front-line staff.

MATT DUNKLEY is to be the new director of
children’s services at East Sussex Council, replacing Denise Stokoe
who retires in August. Dunkley is currently assistant director of
education at the authority.
