In line with recent government changes Community Care will be
publishing a special focus on Health and Social Care.

The focus within Community Care will include editorial on:

• The proposal for Primary Care Trusts and Councils to
share the same boundaries in the future
• The implications of joint working across health and social
care including how commissioning practices are likely to
change
• A second feature will look into the barriers to joint
working across health and social care and whether it is possible to
remove them
