In the context of male to female domestic violence in heterosexual relationships:
* What specific factors would indicate that couple work should not be initiated?
* Could couple work safely be offered to a couple who wish to negotiate an ending to their relationship?
* Should couple work automatically be suspended if there is a further violent incident, and if so, what (if anything) would indicate that the work could be safely resumed?
