By Chris Larkman * Assuming that your team’s hours of operation are generally ‘office hours’ how would you describe your working relationship with the emergency duty team? Is the EDT accessible? Do you know how to inform the EDT of a possible crisis situation with one of the clients you work with? Do they provide prompt, accurate and legible reports on the action they took? (20 minutes) * If you are an EDT worker, how would you describe your working relationship with the day teams? Do you receive adequate information about crises which could have been foreseen? Do you find you often have to deal with situations which should have been sorted out within office hours? (20 minutes) * Taking account of what is in the best interests of users, and bearing in mind the changing structures of day services, what do you consider the best way of configuring EDT services in the future? (30 minutes)
