* What support do front-line staff currently provide to service users or clients in meeting their social and emotional aspirations? (45 minutes)
* Does your organisation currently have any referral agents to specialist services that might help clients or service users meet their social and emotional aspirations, eg family mediation services, relationship counselling? (45 minutes)
* What more could your organisation do, either through your own staff or by referral to other agencies, to support clients and service users to meet their social and emotional aspirations? (45 minutes)
