* Is it possible to create a law that can prevent sexual abuse that does not require public notification or registration of sex offenders?
* Some people consider public notification and registration laws for sex offenders as prevention, while others consider both laws to be excessive and dual punishment on top of being sentenced by a court. Which position do you take? Why?
