New social care recruitment campaign set for March

The government is to launch a new social care recruitment campaign in March which will focus on the mutual benefits for service users and staff of working together.

The Department of Health said its previous campaign, which ran last year, needed to be refreshed.

It is also planning to enhance its Social Work and Care Careers Seervice so that it can give callers the contact details of local authorities and Jobcentre offices in their areas.
