The National Autistic Society has launched what it claims is the largest ever national survey on the experience of adults with autism.
The charity says the UK-wide survey will give individuals the chance to help shape NAS campaigns and is calling on all adults with the disability to take part.
NAS policy and parliamentary officer for adults Mia Rosenblatt said: “Hearing the view of individuals with autism is vital in order for the NAS to gain an accurate picture of people’s experiences, the services people have been able to access and any difficulties they have encountered.”
The results will inform a report to be published in 2008. You can complete the survey online. To obtain a hard copy contact mia.rosenblatt@nas.org.uk or call 020 7903 3558.
