In parliament on Monday, the Mental Health Bill will be debated by MPs in committee in the House of Commons, while the joint committee on human rights will hear evidence from charities on the human rights of older people in healthcare.
The Independent Living (Disabled Persons) Bill will receive its third reading in the House of Lords on Tuesday.
Later in the week, The Association of Directors of Adult Social Services holds its first spring seminar after forming earlier this year from the previous Association of Directors of Social Services.
