The Care Council for Wales reprimanded a social worker after three charges of misconduct were upheld against her.
Christine Rolfe failed to return a laptop and digital camera to her employers at NSPCC Cymru in Bangor, North Wales, and held meetings with private clients on the premises without permission.
A one-year admonishment was placed on her record following a three-day hearing at Ewloe, near Chester.
Rolfe admitted one charge and the conduct committee upheld two of the remaining three charges.
The chair of the conduct committee said “taken as a whole the charges are at a lower level of seriousness” and issued an admonishment after taking into account Rolfe’s statement of mitigation and previous good record.
