Expression of interest for the provision of care and support services at Skinners Court Extra Care Scheme

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to bid for an integrated Housing Related Support and Domiciliary Care Service at the Skinners Court Extra Care scheme for older people, located in Palmers Green N13. The resulting contract(s) will be let for a period of three years from the 1 April 2009 with the possibility to extend for a further two years subject to performance. Interested parties must be registered as a 2-star rated domiciliary care provider with CSCI and must meet the minimum C level for the seven core objectives of the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework (QAF) and must be accredited by either the six north London boroughs or an acceptable equivalent SP accreditation process.

Providers will be required to demonstrate the relevant experience, a commitment to quality and continuous improvement in their current provision and financial stability.
