Expressions of Interest: Delivery of Supporting People Floating Support and Supported Living Services

Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council’s Supporting People Team is seeking expressions of interest to establish select lists of providers with appropriate experience and resources to provide the following key services:

SPRG funded housing related floating support to vulnerable client groups including for example, people who are homeless, people with mental health issue, young and vulnerable, people with a learnign disability and men/women affected by domestic abuse.

SPG funded supported living services to vulnerable client groups including for example, people with a learning disability, people with mental health issues, people with physical disabilities and older persons.

Within the SPG services there may be a requirement for the provision of domiciliary care tasks.
