Tender for the Combined Provision of Care and Support at the Nutfield Extracare Scheme

Contract Opportunity

South Gloucestershire Council seek expressions of interest from organisations who are currently registered as a domiciliary care provider with CSCI and have a proven track record in providing both care and support.

The contract is for the provision of both care and support to people aged 55 years and over who are resident at the Nutfield ExtraCare scheme in Filton. The scheme has 37 flats and will require a period of transition.

The contract is for five years with break clauses at years three and four.

The care and support service is required to be operational by 1 November 2009
