Readlee Homes are a group of small specialised high support care homes providing tailored packages for people with mental disorders. We are also registering one care home for 16 and 17 year olds with indications of mental disorder. We offer a high level of care in an ordinary home environment. A small step down from hospital. Situated at the gateway to Devon, only 2 ½ hours on the direct line from London Waterloo. Just off the main A30, Honiton has the benefits of being near the main towns and cities without the stress of living in one.

We take difficult to place adults, who are a risk to themselves and / or others. People under MHA and / or forensic histories welcome. Multi disciplinary team. Long and short term placements. In roads working with people with schizophrenia. Continued success in the Personality Disorder field.

Readlee works in partnership with the Exeter Psychotherapy Service. Many of our users are engaged in therapeutic programmes with them and follow this from the care home on to supported independence. Focus on recovery and care pathways. Due to our success in moving people on, expansion in Readlee supported property.
