Jaden House is a unique transition service for young adults with LD in a residential setting. We provide our support in a family type nurturing environment that thrives on achieving positive outcomes to move young people into more independent living. Length of placement varies between 1 and 2 years depending on the individual’s needs and capabilities.

Our staff team is highly motivated and enthusiastic; they are all very passionate about this service and dedicated to their job roles. Each individual has a specific tailored programme of support that is delivered through a holistic approach to achieve positive results.

Visitors to the home acknowledge the warm and comfortable environment that is stimulating and friendly with full involvement from the service users in the home.

We aim to provide opportunities that enhance positive social interaction and we are currently getting everyone involved in raising money for Children in Need.

We are holding a stall at the LD Festable at Sunnyfields in Totton on 07.05.11 where our service users will have a table top sale and we have a few other surprises in store as well.

We are also holding an open day in July this year to celebrate two years of service and we are hoping to have a few celebrities attending who support the company and our ethos.
