SP Solutions are a consultancy firm that works across the social care, housing support and criminal justice sectors. We focus in particular on commissioning and system redesign issues.

On behalf of one of our clients, an innovative mental health charity, we are looking for properties in south-east England to develop residential services for people with complex problems.

We are looking for properties with the following –

* 12-20 units

* Registered with CQC as residential care home or capable of meeting CQC standards with minimal expenditure

* Vacant possession

* Long lease preferred but properties for sale also considered

* Particularly interested in suitable properties in south- west London

* Also interested in properties in south-east England outside London
