What do you value in a social work employer? Share your thoughts and be in with a chance to win £1,000

Community Care is looking for social workers and social care workers to share their views on what makes an employer attractive to them.

The Social Care Job Mobility survey is looking to find out what social care employers should be offering to attract job hunters, whether that’s better perks, good career development opportunities or something else entirely.

We’re also looking to find out what prompts social workers and social care staff to switch jobs and learn more about their experiences of the recruitment process.

Those who take part will also get the chance to enter a draw for a £1,000 prize.

The prize draw will take place in the week commencing 30 June 2014.

The survey is being carried out in partnership with recruitment firm TMP.Worldwide.
