Time’s running out to have your say on supervision

Community Care wants your views on the quality of the supervision support you get for our second annual ‘state of supervision’ survey.

We’re looking to find out how social workers – including students and team managers – feel about the level and effectiveness of the support they get with reflective supervision and what kind of support you want.

The results from the anonymous survey will be used to build a national picture of social work supervision and highlight what kind of support works and doesn’t work when it comes to helping social workers practise safely.

But time’s running out to share your take on supervision as the survey ends on Tuesday 17 June.
