The Isle of Wight Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the delivery of Early Help Commissioned Services on the Isle of Wight. The contract is to run from 1 April 2015 for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of the Council.
The Isle of Wight Council is remodelling its approach to Early Help and Children Centre delivery. This tender is for the provision of integrated early help commissioned services and includes Children’s Centre delivery, parenting and family support (0-19 years) and delivery of the troubled families programme.
The expected allocated budget for these services is in the range of £1.1 to £1.4 million per annum. The decision has been taken to disclose the range of annual budget for the services and ask that tenderers demonstrate how they can deliver the services within this range. The service will be outcomes focused with an additional payment by results (PbR) element in relation to Troubled Families.
There are three separate lots, relating to three locality areas on the Isle of Wight. Bidders can bid for one or more lots.
It is intended to hold a bidders’ event on 4 September 2014 at the Council offices between 11:00 Hrs. and 12:30 Hrs. for all interested organisations. The aims of this event are to explain,
• The service that we wish to commission
• What we are looking for from interested parties
• How the bids will be evaluated.
