A CONTRACT TO PROVIDE EXTRA CARE SERVICES
Invitation to tender via a pre qualification questionnaire
The London Borough of Merton invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide an Extra Care Services for adults over 55 across two sites.

It is intended that the contract will commence on 1^st March 2015 for an initial period of 3 years.  Subject to satisfactory performance and approval, the council may wish to extend the contract for two further periods, each of 12 months.
The Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is available from www.londontenders.org.
To obtain the PQQ:
Register your organisation free of charge at www.londontenders.org;

• Await acceptance; you will receive an e-mail confirming your username and password for the London Tenders Portal;
• With your username and password, log-in to the London Tenders Portal and express your interest in the relevant contract;
• After expressing your interest you will receive an e-mail link to access the PQQ.
  Follow the guidance contained in the Instructions to Tender.
  All submissions must be made via the London Tenders Portal; paper copies will not be accepted.
  You can register your interest for this tender from Monday 4^th August 2014.
  The closing date for completing and uploading the PQQ is 10am on 4^th September 2014.

Only those organisations which pass the PQQ will be invited to submit a Tender.
