Last chance to have your say on social worker stress

Community Care’s anonymous survey is seeking your views on how stress is affecting UK social workers

There’s just one day left to have your say on how stress is affecting you in Community Care’s annual social worker stress survey.

The anonymous survey seeks to highlight how stress is affecting UK social workers and follows last year’s survey, which found that half of social workers feel unable to discuss the pressure they are under with their bosses.

Community Care will use the findings to identify trends in social worker stress and show how high caseloads, vacancies and other pressures are affecting social workers’ mental wellbeing and their ability to do their job.

The survey ends Wednesday 17 December 2014.
