Children have become a “demonised minority,” Martin Narey, the chief executive of children’s charity Barnardo’s will warn this month.
Narey, the former head of the Prison Service, will call for more to be done to protect children from poverty, abuse and discrimination.
He is expected to give the lecture at the Public Management and Policy Association on April 18.
