Association of Directors of Children’s Services launched today

The Association of Directors of Children’s Services is launched today in England led by John Coughlan and John Freeman.

The group is the result of the merger between education and children’s social services. Coughlan, director of children’s services at Hampshire, and Freeman, director of children’s services at Dudley, are joint presidents.
