A group that has campaigned for asylum seekers’ rights for more than 10 years is to shut in May because of a lack of funds.
In the past six years, the National Coalition of Anti-Deportation Campaigns has received its main income from the Community Fund but rules prevent it applying for more money.
The coalition will not register as a charity because it says this will place constraints on its ability to campaign for asylum seekers.
