Jobseeker Research 2020: hear the latest results at invite-only session at Community Care Live

Community Care Jobs logoThe Community Care Jobs team has just completed our annual Jobseeker Research Survey, with hundreds of social work professionals the length and breadth of the country having taken part in order to share their views and experiences – and the team is delighted to announce that the results are in.

This invaluable session is ideal for all those responsible for attracting, recruiting and retaining social work staff within their organisations, and will provide insights into:

  • What social work professionals consider when looking for a new job.
  • The information they would like to know in advance about a potential employer.
  • Their experience of working through a pandemic.

This session takes place on Tuesday 13 October, from 10.30am to 11.30am.

Places are limited, so if you’d like a place at this invite only session, please email gemma.tremayne@markallengroup.com for further information.

How to develop a learning culture: invite-only session at Community Care Live

A learning culture supports local authorities in continuously improving and adjusting to their context, as well as contributing to the wellbeing and retention of social work practitioners. This has perhaps never been more important than in the current climate.

In this pre-recorded session, we will share the Community Care model of the six key elements of creating a learning culture, along with insights from our work with local authority partners on Community Care Inform. The session will also cover the barriers to creating a learning culture, and how these can be successfully overcome.

There will be opportunities for reflection and discussion with peers throughout, and the presenters will be available for live questions at the end of the session.

This session takes place on Wednesday 14 October, from 10am to 11am.

Places are limited, so if you’d like a place at this invite only session, please email aisling.philip@markallengroup.com for further information.

Please note that Community Care Live is a virtual event this year.
