No to campaign against care trusts

Fewer than half of the visitors to
Community Care‘s website support a call from Unison’s
local government conference for a national campaign against care
trusts.

Forty-five per cent back a campaign, with 55
per cent opposing the proposal.

This week’s question asks: Do you
agree with
the principle that children and
families social workers should be paid more than other social
workers?

Haringey Council has offered pay rises to both
newly qualified and experienced social workers in children’s
services.
