Consultation on voluntary sector delivery of public services launched

The Charity Commission launched a consultation today on draft guidance on voluntary sector delivery of public services.

Charities and Public Service Delivery covers the legal and practical issues that charities must be aware of with public sector contracts and is intended to update existing guidance.

The consultation runs until 5 January 2007.
