Confidential papers found

Confidential papers from Brent social services department were
found by a member of the public last week at the rear of council
offices in Wembley, north west London.

The 20 forms included confidential information about children
referred to the authority and included sexual abuse allegations.
The papers have since been returned to the council, which is
launching an investigation into the incident.
