Cardiff council secured its first anti-social behaviour order
last week against 19-year old Miles Flynn. The order, awarded by
Cardiff magistrate’s court for a three-year period, prohibits him
from entering the Llanedeyrn and Pentwyn areas of Cardiff. Flynn is
also banned from approaching named witnesses and two of his
associates.
