An earlier report carried on this website said that Haringey
council’s social services department currently has 50 unallocated
cases of children at risk on the child protection register.
This was inaccurate and we apologise for the mistake.
Haringey has though admitted that ‘a number’ of cases were
unallocated between April and June last year.
