Quiz mental health tsar on draft bill

Mental health tsar Louis Appleby is to answer questions on the
controversial draft mental health bill from visitors to the
Community Care website and from readers of the
magazine.

The proposed measures include compulsory treatment in the community
for people with severe mental health problems and indefinite
detention of people with severe personality disorders.
