Tories change health and education line-up

New Conservative Party leader Michael Howard has reshuffled the
shadow cabinet appointing Tim Yeo as the shadow health and
education secretary.

David Davis has taken over as shadow home secretary from Oliver
Letwin, who moves to the treasury, and David Curry is the new local
government spokesperson.
