Progress on implementing personalisation in the NHS-dominated world of mental health has been sluggish compared to adult social care. A new briefing paper drawn up by Think Local Act Personal and the NHS Confederation aims to help change that situation by drawing on the learning of local authority and voluntary sector experiences of implementing personal budgets as well as lessons from NHS pilot sites.
