I retired from social work in 1998. Suppose it’s the same now as it was then–if you used every form and read every file you would never have had time to visit any families at all.
What? Seeing families. You mean your supposed to leave the office and switch the computer off…….. Isn’t the role of the Social Worker just filling in request, answering the hundreds of emails that are dumping work on you instead of them doing it themselves and making sure that your stats don’t go red……?
