To make a positive and lasting difference through first rate care, ensuring that every vulnerable child and young person placed with us can grow, flourish and fulfil their potential and to find the right placement for them, first time.
We are ‘child-centred’, ‘adaptable’ and ‘innovative’ in how our services are designed and we use an integrated systems approach to ‘quality.’
We treat each other with ‘respect’, ‘honesty’ and ‘integrity’ and expect this to be reflected in our relationships with children, their families, colleagues and external agencies.
We demonstrate ‘resilience’, ‘value for money’ and ‘ethical commitment’ becoming the ‘partner of choice’ for local authorities.
As a social enterprise we care passionately about creating positive social impacts. As such, we seek to improve lives through our sphere of influence – not only upholding a strong belief in anti-discriminatory practice but by creating opportunity for all care leavers, for example.
We ask our suppliers to undertake a commitment to offer an interview to care leavers, to give them more opportunity to show their ability than might be evident in their educational attainment and to offer all children in care opportunities for work experience. We want to help all children in care experience the care and support a parent would give.

We are celebrating over 25 years in partnerships with local authorities and would love to see you at Community Care Birmingham 10th & 11th May 2016. Come over and see us at stand 24 for more information. Together we can turn children’s lives around.
