As a social enterprise we care passionately about creating positive social impacts. As such, we seek to improve lives through our sphere of influence – not only upholding a strong belief in anti-discriminatory practice but by creating opportunity for all care leavers, for example.

We ask our suppliers to undertake a commitment to offer an interview to care leavers, to give them more opportunity to show their ability than might be evident in their educational attainment and to offer all children in care opportunities for work experience. We want to help all children in care experience the care and support a parent would give.
