PAUL HAYES is new regional development manager
(southern) at Robinia Care, a private provider of residential and
nursing homes for people with learning difficulties.

RICHARD PIPER has joined the National Council for
Voluntary Organisations as head of performance improvement. He was
previously at Charities Evaluation Services, which offers training
and consultancy to the voluntary sector.

PHILIPPA RUSSELL, MICHAEL BURTON and CHRIS
HOLMES have all been reappointed as commissioners to the
Disability Rights Commission for three more years, the government
has announced.

ROD CAMPBELL  is the new director of communication
and development at the Regard Partnership, a private company that
runs care homes and supported living services for adults with
learning difficulties.

NEIL HADDEN is to become the new chief executive
at Aldwyck housing association. Hadden is currently assistant chief
executive at the Housing Corporation.
