MSPs told to make changes to regulation of care bill

Fostering, adoption, nanny and au pair agencies should all be
covered by the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Bill according to the
Convention of Scottish Local Authorities in a briefing paper to all
MSPs. Cosla has suggested a number of the amendments to the bill as
it enters stage two of the parliamentary process.
