Only a handful of asylum seekers in Glasgow have attended a
peace keeping initiative aimed at forming better relationships
between them and local residents. The organisers of the event,
Glasgow – The Caring City, had planned on around 300 refugees
turning up and blamed the poor turnout on the fear of racist
attacks.
