Tender for the provision of extra care domiciliary support in Congleton, East Cheshire

The new local authority, Cheshire East Council, will come into being on 1 April 2009and is pleased to be involved with this exciting new 43 apartment extra care housingscheme for older people, which is due to open in October 2009.

Expressions of interest are invited from organisations which can demonstrate:

Quality personal care and support services

Registration with CSCI as a 2 star rated domiciliary care provider

A willingness to work closely with the local authority and the housing provider

Commitment to “active ageing” and enablement

A flexible and innovative approach

Value for money
