Dementia Care Provider sought for proposed new dementia housing development

As part of its commitment to meet the housing needs of older people, Wokingham Borough Council has identified a need for Dementia Housing in the Borough. The Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations who are interested in being selected for the provision of a dementia care service on a proposed new development of Dementia Housing in Wokingham, Berkshire. A housing provider is also being sought for the proposed new development for which a separate tender process is being conducted.
