Tender for the Provision of Two Supported Living Services; One to Three People with Learning Disabilities Need, and One to Ten People with Learning

The Metropolitan Borough Council of Sandwell wishes to appoint an organisation to provide one or both of the above-mentioned service as part of our NHSCampus re-provision.

Suitably qualified and experienced persons and organisations are invited to apply for a pre-qualifying questionnaire, inclusive of full specification.

The Council intends to use an evaluation model based on quality and price.

The criteria, on which tenders will be evaluated, inclusive of weighting attached to each, are included within the tender document.

Tender packs will be sent out by e-mail on 21st August 2009 and completed documents must be returned no later than 4pm on Friday 18th September 2009.
