Community Care has launched the 2025 jobseeker survey, our annual piece of research into what social workers look for in a role, in a workplace and in the recruitment process.
We share these results with employers across the country, so taking part is your opportunity to help us shape what organisations offer their employees in a social work role.
The survey, which we have run since 2014, covers whether you are currently looking for a new role, what factors would tempt you to move, what you value in an employer, how you find information about jobs and careers and what constitutes a good recruitment process, among other issues.
